Highlandville Hall is available for rentals. It is one of the largest rental spaces

in Needham and has a capacity of up to 180 people. Recently updated

with new handicap bathrooms and spacious bar. It features a large stage and

restaurant size kitchen for. A fully staffed bar is available for your pleasure

(for an additional fee).

We have our own Event Coordinator on site that you can hire for all your party needs.  It is like One-Stop Shopping for your event.  Caterers are welcome. Tablecloths and Chair covers are available for rent.

The average rental cost is for 4 hours at $600 (not including bartender).
Additional hours available for additional fee.
 
Access for early setup can be arranged.

We were able to set up a day early and when the ceremony was over we were able to leave a few items to grab later. The events manager Bob hustled about to gather extra chairs and tables. The place was cleaned, air conditioned worked and we had unlimited access to the kitchen. The club held over a hundred people comfortably and will use it again.
